Warm oak vanity, honed travertine floor, brushed brass tapware.
Original 1960s brick-veneer bathroom stripped to studs and slab, rebuilt as a warm minimal main bathroom. Honed travertine floor, oak floating vanity and brushed brass PVD tapware. Held to a fixed written price and finished four days ahead of the contracted date.

- Full demolition and rubbish removal
- Copper plumbing rough-in with Certificate of Compliance
- Compressed fibre-cement sheeting to timber subfloor
- Screed to 1:80 fall, primer and two-coat AS3740-2021 membrane
- Full wall and floor tiling with epoxy grout to wet zones
- Custom oak floating vanity with stone top and undermount basin
- Semi-frameless 10mm shower screen
- Detailed clean and formal handover with warranty pack

Where trade experience actually mattered.
Original 1960s timber floor had a 12mm dip beneath the shower.
Packed and re-sheeted with 15mm compressed FC, then screeded to a true 1:80 fall before waterproofing.
Wall studs were undersized for the wall-hung vanity and toilet.
Installed hardwood noggings between studs at exact mounting heights, structurally rated for 150kg point load.
