Where trade experience actually mattered.
Existing slab had a hairline crack running under the wet zone.
Applied Ardex WPM 155 crack-isolation stripe under the full membrane before re-waterproofing.
Kit-kat mosaic set-out had to land clean on the niche shelf and ceiling line.
Dry-laid the full wall on the floor first and adjusted grout joints by 0.5mm to hit both reference lines.

The housing mix is broad — 1970s brick veneers around Cooper Street, 1990s and 2000s houses on the newer estates further north, and a growing wave of townhouses.
